In 2009, we designed, project-managed, and furnished this spacious country house from concept to completion for the original owners. The core vision was to create four distinct apartments that functioned like completely independent properties, offering each residence maximum privacy on its terraces and in its gardens. Delivered in 2011, the original interiors embraced the trendy industrial-loft style of the era, blending vibrant accents with reclaimed iron and aged wooden tables.

In 2016, a subsequent owner brought us back for an extensive expansion: adding bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a welcoming entrance hall with a statement pink front door, and a terrace Jacuzzi beneath a custom pergola, all enriched with Sicilian tiles and Missoni fabrics.

Following our resale of the property in 2024, we partnered with the newest owners to reimagine the space once again. We transformed the interiors into a lighter, airier sanctuary with a Scandinavian-inspired touch focused on effortless family living. Today, Pozza stands as an exclusive private villa with its own pool, large garden, and panoramic vineyard views, delivering complete privacy within a beautifully crafted complex.
