Posabile

Originally built as a 16th-century Umbrian farmhouse, Posabile is a remarkable blend of historic character, modern design, and total comfort. While the villa was first restored from an old farmhouse in 2015 alongside local artisans and architects, the estate underwent a complete inside-and-out refurbishment following the purchase of the current owners in 2025.

The team behind SpecialItaly designed and executed this total transformation. Every space has been thoughtfully curated with high-end, contemporary furnishings from premier design brands, including Muuto, Miniforms, Normann Copenhagen, Fritz Hansen, and &Tradition. Inside, guests will enjoy brand-new furniture throughout and a state-of-the-art locally made kitchen.

The outdoor living space has also been transformed to feature a large private porch, complete with comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a pizza oven, perfect for long, relaxed meals al fresco.

Now an exclusive rental villa accommodating groups of up to 11, Posabile seamlessly combines historic Umbrian charm and signature SpecialItaly interior design.
