Podere Masale

Initiated in late 2013, this villa transformation was commissioned by a Singapore-based English family. The brief required a delicate balance: designing an authentic residential home that could seamlessly pivot into a premium holiday rental. The design language was developed in tight collaboration with the clients. We consciously integrated antiques from their private storage, creating a compelling dialogue between heritage pieces, contemporary design, and fresh chromatic accents. The execution was highly rigorous. Within a tight six-month window, we entirely re-laid the flooring, remodeled six bathrooms, and fundamentally altered the interior circulation by opening the kitchen to the dining area. We also oversaw the construction of a newly designed pool. Over the years, this has evolved into a dynamic partnership, with ongoing annual refinements that keep the property's design narrative alive.
