La Volpaia

La Volpaia is a typical Umbrian farmhouse that was restored in the 1990s and sold through our mediation in 2024 to a Dutch family. Following the acquisition, we were commissioned to develop a comprehensive plan for the complete renovation of this uniquely positioned property overlooking Lake Trasimeno.

The project included the construction of a swimming pool, the full redesign of the surrounding gardens, and the complete renewal of the house and annex and the interior spaces. The renovation was the result of a close collaboration between the owners and our design team. The owners brought a clear vision for the desired end result, and through an open and constructive process, a well-balanced compromise was achieved between their stylistic preferences and our specialist Italian design approach.
