The nearest town, San Biagio della Valle, is just a couple of minutes’ drive from the house and has a few basic amenities, while Spina, five minutes south, is establishing itself as an interesting artistic hub. Marsciano and Tavernelle are 20 minutes away and each has a wonderful choice of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
